The Evolution ER Landing Nipple contains a bottom no-go that allows for the location of many wireline-run and retrieved Flow Control devices, such as:
The ER Landing Nipple has an internal locking groove; an EF locking profile; which accommodates the locking dogs of the various locating devices to prevent upward travel of the Flow Control Devices. The seal bore area provides an internal sealing surface to pack off the various Flow Control devices that are available to locate into the ER nipple. The reduced diameter at a bottom no-go shoulder provides a means to properly locate the appropriate Flow Control device at the lower end of the ER Nipple, preventing downward travel. The Standard material is alloy steel which meets NACE MR 01-75 specifications for H2S service. Other materials are available on request. The standard thread is EUE, but various premium threads may be machined into this tool as required. Specifications
